Plum is a cozy Vietnamese restaurant on W 94th at Broadway. Stepping through the door yesterday I was impressed by the charming, modern decorations and the clean orderliness of the layout. My date and I received a comfortable two-top next to the counter.

Finally tried Plum and it didn't disappoint! The wait staff was very friendly and prompt, and the space was well decorated and very clean. Our waitress gave us suggestions on what to order and we loved it all. The food was prepared quickly but wasn't rushed.

Just ordered dinner for pickup - Steak Banh Mi (with salad on the side); Beef Brisket Pho; and Bun with Lemongrass Chicken. Everything was delicious. The salad ingredients were fresh and crispy. We will be ordering takeout again and look forward to eating there when normal times have returned.

I don't have a single complaint about this place. It was cute and cozy, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The curry puffs were a delightful treat, and vegetarian. The What's A Bun - grilled chicken bun with fried egg and crispy spring rolls - was a filling, yet balanced, dish.

Such kind staff, wonderful jazz music playing, delicious SE Asian beers I'd never tried before, and the Pho and Banh Mi are not too different from what I ate during my travels around Vietnam. Delicious food and terrific place!
